All Sales are Final

Once an order has been confirmed, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products unless the item is defective or if you have received the wrong item.

Defective or Wrong Item

We take pride in the quality of our products. However, if you believe you have received a defective item or if we have sent you the wrong item, please contact us immediately at contact@kometluxury.com with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photographic evidence of the defect or the wrong item received

  • contact us ASAP within 4-12 Hours

Upon receiving your email, we will conduct a thorough review and respond within 1-7 business days to provide you with instructions on how we will proceed.

Damaged Items

If your item has been damaged in transit, please inform us within 12 hours of delivery at contact@kometluxury.com with a description and photographic evidence of the damage. We will assess the situation and, if appropriate, send you a replacement item subject to availability.

Exchanges

The only exception to our no refund policy is if we send you the wrong size or item. In such cases, we’re happy to exchange it for the correct one. Please email us within 1 days of receiving your order at contact@kometluxury.com to arrange an exchange.
